Wire Rope is designed as per Is:2266, and is a 6 X 37 construction made through Steel/ fibre core, provided with minimum factor of safty of 6
- For Medium/ Heavy duty, Crane Hoists are suitable
- The Grooved Seamless Pipe Drum is made as per IS-3938
- Minimum factor of safety of 6 is provided in Wire rope as per Is:2266
- To ensure safety of the operator, Push Buttons operates on low voltage of 110 volt.
- Rope Drum is designed as per IS-3938 amd it is Steel Fabricated and also created through Seamless Pipe Drum which is designed to accomadate using single layer for the whole length of wire rope.
Gear Box used for hoisting motion, Complete gear train provided with oil bath lubrication in an enclosed cashing. Alloy steel is used to make these gears.
Lifting Hook made under IS-3815 is steel forged Shank Type hook, incorporated with Trust Bearing for swivel.
Trolley with various sizes of I-Beams, trolley, Motor driven, Hand chain driven or pull push type, the Runner Wheel can be factor adjusted as per requirements.
Motor : As per IS-325-1970 manufactered by NGEF/ Bharat BIJLEE/ GEC/ CROMTON/ own make, the Motor are of Squirrel Cage providing with 40% CDF rating in class B insulation.
Hoist Brake : An Electromagnetic brake of Shoe/Disc type is fitted with in the Hoist Motor. Selected for 150% of load torque, The brake ensures safe holding of load, Make 'BCH'/EMCO/ UNITORC.
Limit Switch : Limit switches of Snap action type are provided to avoid over lowering and over hoisting .
Control : From ground level, the hoist is controlled by means of pendent type Push Butons which operates on low voltage of 110 volt to ensure operator's safety. Complete with Transformer Contactors and Fuses, the Control panel is of enclosed type with easily removable cover.
